Shipping

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders will be shipped standard, 7-10 business days, unless otherwise specified. We offer free shipping worldwide. You must specify a physical address, currently no delivery to P.O. Boxes. Signature upon delivery is not required; Revel Rey (Croft Studio, LLC) is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Shipping Notifications

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, which will contain tracking information.

International Shipping Policy

Orders which are designated for shipment outside of the United States or Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country, and is responsible for Import Fees. Import Fees may include the following charges:

• Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item
• Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier
• Insurance: the amount for insuring the package
• Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
• Brokerage: the amount charged by the broker to clear customs
• Disbursement: the amount the carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country
• Other Fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)

If you refuse a shipment from Revel Rey, or a shipment is undeliverable, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred, and the cost of returning the item to Revel Rey. The amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Free shipping for orders over $150 does not apply to international orders. Returns & Exchanges

Revel Rey’s return and exchange policy applies to orders placed on www.revelrey.com. All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.

Sale items including full price items purchased at a discount of more than 15% are not eligible for return. Please note all crochet is non-refundable / non-returnable.

Any delivery or non-receipt issues must be reported to Revel Rey within 5 days of the delivery date indicated on the tracking number supplied for a shipping claim to be filed.

REFUND PROCESSING

All refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase.

A $15.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund/exchange total.
Your return will be processed within 10 to 15 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the communicated return period limit.
